Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery.
It is the faculty of "I Profili srl." not to accept orders for delivery to smaller islands and free zones.
We do not accept shipments to post office boxes.
Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is intended at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance via e-mail;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately notified, by putting WRITTEN CHECK RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 days of delivery, via e-mail, to the address: generalinfo@iprofili.com
In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically canceled; in this case "I Profili srl" will refund the amount received as payment, net of the costs for the attempted and unsuccessful shipment, as well as for the return of the goods; this refund will in any case take place within 14 days.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs calculated based on the category to which the product belongs.
For shipments outside the EU, taxes and customs costs are charged to the recipient.
