These Marketplace Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.
In any case, all the rights of the Customer provided for by the applicable consumer protection legislation are reserved.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought in advance. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the dispute will be the exclusive competence of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer. These General Conditions may be modified and updated at any time. The Customer will be informed with 15 days' notice of the entry into force of any modification of these General Conditions. In the event that the Customer does not accept these changes, he will have the right to terminate the contract.
