Withdrawal and Replacement
The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract or request the replacement of the goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 working days starting for the goods. from the day of their receipt, for services from the day of the conclusion of the "on line" contract. For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the forwarding agent. If the goods have been delivered, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the costs of returning the goods to the sender; unless you have received defective, damaged or incorrect products. If the return of the goods derives from our mistake we will also refund the shipping costs.

All items must be received in the same conditions of receipt, with the original packaging and any manuals, without any lack. It is understood that the transport risks for the return of the items are fully borne by the Customer. The reimbursement must be made free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal became known. The sums are understood to be reimbursed within the terms if they are actually returned, sent or re-credited with value after the expiry of the term previously indicated.
According to the provisions of art. 54 of Legislative Decree 21/2014 (New Consumer Code), the method for exercising the right of withdrawal is represented by a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the following address by ordinary mail or by certified e-mail to the address certified mail indicated:

The communication can be sent, within the legal deadline, by e-mail and certified e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours; the registered letter is considered to have been sent in good time if delivered to the accepting post office within the terms set out in the contract. "I Profili srl" will accept the returned goods reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in their original state and with the original packaging it is advisable to cover the original packaging of the product with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and protects it also by writing or by special labels. To exercise the right of withdrawal and / or replacement, it is also possible to download the models available online by entering "New Consumer Code" or "Legislative Decree No. 21/2014" as the search key. , fill them in and send them in the manner specified above. The form must be completed in its entirety and sent in the manner indicated above. In the absence of the above requirements, the Supplier will not be able to recognize the right of withdrawal to the Customer.
